Jeff Pedersen has more than 30 years of experience managing the unique wealth management needs of his clients. His clients include small business owners, individuals and families. Jeff’s first priority is to meet the needs of his clients. Therefore, his first focus is meeting with the client to listen and understand their needs and goals. Jeff then focuses on providing the client with a plan that assists them in meeting and/or exceeding those goals. He takes a particular interest in managing risk to avoid unnecessary volatility in each client’s portfolio over both the short and long term.
Jeff has a strong interest in giving back to the community. He has served as board president of the Better Business Bureau, Mary Elizabeth Daycare and Siouxland Christian School. Jeff is also very involved in his church volunteering with the youth, teaching divorce care and has also traveled to Haiti on a mission trip. Jeff is also actively participating in 100 Men Who Care and volunteers each year with other Siouxland United Way Agencies.
Jeff earned his bachelor’s degree from Westmar University in LeMars, IA and an MBA from the University of South Dakota. Jeff has also earned his Certification as a Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA®) and a Certified Divorce Financial Advisor (CDFA®).
Jeff and his wife Laura live in Sioux City, IA. They have three married children and 7 grandchildren. Jeff enjoys time he can spend with his family as well as various outdoor activities including snow skiing, landscaping, and small construction projects.
